Every trainer, therapist, teacher and specialist on Kalduna passes a personal review before their profile goes live. Here's exactly how.
1. Application review

2. Credentials verification
We verify certificates, licences, and professional memberships directly with the issuing bodies. If a claim can't be confirmed, it's removed.
3. Video or in-person interview
We speak with every applicant. This surfaces personality, communication style, and professional values — things that paperwork can't show.
4. Client reference check
We contact at least two past clients independently to verify quality, reliability, and conduct before approving anyone.
5. Ongoing monitoring
Approval isn't permanent. We track reviews, respond to client reports, and re-screen any practitioner whose standards slip.

The green Verified badge appears on profiles where our team has successfully checked the practitioner's primary qualifications against the issuing institution. It is not a character reference — it means the credential is real.
