Kalduna

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about finding and booking a practitioner on Kalduna.

Is Kalduna free to use?

Yes. Browsing, searching and contacting practitioners is completely free for clients. You pay the practitioner directly for your session — Kalduna never adds a booking fee.

How does Kalduna vet practitioners?

Every practitioner goes through a personal review before their profile goes live: application review, credential verification with the issuing body, an interview, and a client reference check.

Does Kalduna take a commission from my session?

No. Kalduna is funded by practitioner subscriptions, not commission, so the price you agree with a practitioner is exactly what you pay them — nothing goes through Kalduna.

How do I contact a practitioner?

Message them directly through their Kalduna profile, or use the WhatsApp button where available. Your enquiry goes straight to them.

Which areas do you cover?

Kalduna currently covers Phuket, with practitioners across areas including Rawai, Bang Tao, Chalong and Kata. Each profile shows exactly where that practitioner travels to or is based. We're expanding to Bali and beyond.

What if I'm not happy with a session?

Speak with the practitioner directly first — most issues are a scheduling or expectations mismatch and are easy to resolve. If that doesn't help, contact our team; client feedback is part of how we re-screen practitioners on the platform.

How do I join Kalduna as a practitioner?

Apply through practitioner sign-up. Every application goes through our personal review process before going live — see "For practitioners" for what's involved and what you get.
